Your mind won't quiet down
Racing thoughts, constant worry, an inability to switch off — even when everything looks "fine" on the outside.
Counselling & Coaching for Women
Compassionate, non-judgemental support for women navigating anxiety, overwhelm, ADHD, and life's harder moments — with faith and cultural sensitivity woven in where it matters to you.
You're in the right place if…
You don't need to reach crisis point to deserve support. If life feels heavy right now, that's enough reason to talk.
Racing thoughts, constant worry, an inability to switch off — even when everything looks "fine" on the outside.
Giving endlessly to everyone else — family, work, responsibilities — while your own needs keep getting pushed aside.
Family pressure, communication breakdowns, setting boundaries — navigating people while keeping your own peace.
ADHD-related challenges with focus, organisation, or emotional regulation that make everyday life feel harder than it should.
How I can help
Sessions aren't one-size-fits-all. We work from your experience, your values, and what matters most to you.
Understand what's driving your anxiety, calm your nervous system, and build practical tools you can actually use day-to-day.
Strategies for focus, emotional regulation, daily structure, and building confidence in how your mind works — not against it.
Explore the roots of overwhelming emotion and discover healthier ways to respond, communicate, and feel in control again.
Support for boundary-setting, communication difficulties, parenting pressures, and the weight of cultural expectations.
Rebuild your sense of self, challenge the inner critic, and move forward with more clarity about who you are and what you want.
Grief, divorce, identity shifts, motherhood — support through the changes that ask the most of us.
Faith & cultural sensitivity: If your faith or cultural background is part of how you understand yourself, that's welcome here. Sessions are always respectful, non-judgemental, and led by your needs.
